free trial question..can't pick some races

so I just installed the free trial and I went to create a character but it seems I can't be some certain races inluding the Aracoix which is what I wanted to be. Not too sure why, maybe it is an expansion race?

It is a bug.
For some reason the free trial doesn't allow you to pick any of the originally resticted races.
If you start paying you should be able to pick anything but Vampire (need expansion for that)
