Looking for LS on Midgardsormr

Hey all, I'm a returning newb after a year of Warcraft and would very much like to find a mature, selective, helpful and, most importantly, fun linkshell. So far the community in general seems great, so I'm hopeful that I shouldn't have to look far to find a group of people that desire the same in a linkshell. I want to avoid groups that take in anybody just to increase the roster size. I don't particularily care for excessively vulgur chat either, but I'm ok with it to the extent that it isn't a constant barrage of f this, f that, what the s, omfg!!11! wtf!! etc etc etc... Teamspeak or any other voice chat is something that I generally do not perfer over text-based chat except for large raids and so forth ... I've never been a "phone" person in real life and that characteristic carries over to my gaming as well. 

My goal in the game is to ultimately see what the "end game" has to offer... I'm not overly concerned about reaching that goal any time soon, all my high level needs are generally fullfilled with Wacraft, so I'm planning to take my sweet time on getting there in FFXI. I consider myself a capable team player, patient, playful and open to enlightentment from more experienced players. I'd like the linkshell to pride itself on quality players both personality and skill wise. Preferably, I'd like to find one that is already established and has a healthy active member base...

Anyway, I'm rambling here..  If any of this is jiving with ya, please let me know here or in game. My character is currently a level 6 BLM named Wiindigo. Also, if the linkshell has a minimum character level but you feel is what I'm looking for... I have no problem with waiting until I reach that requirement before being allowed to join. In fact, that's essentially what I'm looking for in a linkshell anyhow.
