Problems with silk road

I need direct x sdk or something like that and i downloaded it and nothing happens and it still wont let me play also whenever i try going to the webstite silkroadonline.com it will have an error on the page and wont display the page at all its very annoying i need help with the direct x sdk thing tho cuz i really wanna play but it says I dont have direct x when i do!
