www.1010game.com is the NA version though. Its fun, I was addicted while it was open beta
No, Fairyland isnt free. But the monthly subscription gets you cool gifts.
I played Fairyland for a few monthes, and im thinkin about going back to it. There was always something to do with tons of quests and plenty of crafting. The random turnbased battles that pop up make travel annoying but the world is pretty small. The combat is very challening, due mostly to the lack of partners. If you do have a good friend of the same level area, the two of you can work together well regaurdless of class (even 2 priests) because of the strong pet system. The only real fault is the very small community...Last time I checked there were 7 servers. Each server could be full up to 100%, last time I played of the possible 700% the game was about 80% full. This really hurts the game because teamwork is absolutely essiential.
If you dont mind the super cute 2d graphics and the mostly female community, I recommend you try it, last time I checked there was a 14day free trial. A few days were added to everyones account for no reason during my trial. When I subscribed, my remaining 7 days were added to my account. One time I accidentally purchased 2 seperate month subscriptions. The GMs mailed me within an hour and asked if I had made an error
