Something up with GNonline?

Well, I decided to try Horizons again on the EU shard, so I get told I have to create a GNonline.net account. Sure, no problem. I do that, they send me an email with a key, I try to use the key, Automated message saying it's invalid. Crap, I try to send an email to horizons.support@gnonline.net, but that gets sent back by the mmorpg.com postmaster saying it didn't work. Crap.

Does anyone know what I should do? I will be in your debt until the trial runs out.

I have heard bad things about the support for Horizons on European servers so I created a trial account on the US servers and play there.

Game Network were always poor at CS. Originally there were 3 shards, then 3 became 1. Quite why at that point AE (or Tulga or whatever the fuck they call themselves.), chose to maintain servers on 2 separate continents is baffling. European support for a game, unless a mmorpg is actually based or has a head office in Europe, has always been less than satisfactory. Take the 2 European (even though one is based in Amsterdam, the other in US) servers for EQ2, Splitpaw/Runnyeye and what chaos that caused.

Anyway Horizons, as some other poster has said, is indestructible. Kind of like Keith Richards, his body must be so riddled with drugs and alcohol, you wander how he can be alive.. I could bang on like some old codger wearing a plackard about how the game is bugged, lags like a mofo, had been hackable for over 15 months (afaik it still is but can't tell you how ). I think even AC2 has a higher population, oh wait..didn't David Bowman work on AC.

IF you choose to subscribe, join an NA server. I have no idea whether you can even do that of course.

Well, I got bored, and did just buy a Horizons CD, but don't know if I should go on Unity or one of the US shards. Unity isn't as underpopulated as people think, I've seen more people then I ever did in AC2. However, the only issue I have is with people speaking German, that's one of the reasons I quite Lineage 2, because I have no idea what the fuck they're saying.

All chat channels on unity are English, there are channels which are German, italian, spanish or whatever, but the most commonly used are English...

But from a support point of view, please go to US shards, you will be happier there once you get bugged...
