Do i need a credit card to play wow ?

hi help ~ i am new to wow I got the 10 day key trail code , but when creating acc it need credit card number to verify

and if i brought the starter pack of world of warcraft with cd and the 1 month game card , do i need still credit card for creating acc ?

    Ya u need a creditcard to use the trail! i play on prepaid card's myself and i am fine whit that way.  i used the prepaid card for my free first month.

    so if i use prepaid card given by the starter pack or in future contiune using of prepaid card , i wont be ask credit card for verfying ?  when creating acc or topping up acc

    Ya I think you can buy a pre-paid card from any local game stores that offer this service and you type in the code into your WOW account to activate it or something.  I am not exactly sure because I paid by credit card... they do not store your credit card # if you cancelled your subscription anyways...

    Yes you can buy pre-paid cards, (also called time cards/game cards) that last for 60 days. Then you have to buy more to continue playing. When the time runs out you don't lose anything from your account just like if you were to pay with a credit card. You can also buy alot of time cards at the same time to extend your subscription. Just scratch the back of the card and type in the code. Once you use the code you have to discard the card, you can't use it again, just buy another one.
