Freely Roaming.

Freely roaming , Star wars galaxies good big world of free roaming.  Guild wars little world with zero roaming because you cant see anyone else except in towns.  How is POTBS going to be made am I going to get the chance to sail next to someone out in the middle of no where?  Will there be vast seas for us to just sail on for no apparent reason other then the fact we want to see the sceneary?  Just somthing to think about or maybe this has been answerd by the devs already?  Just to lazy to look my self lol.
