I am currently making a new character. What class and race should i be to make a good necro

To make a good necro huh? I'd say a Kobold Enchanter. If you wanted a melee Necro, you could go Troll Warden.
errrr... Necro's are Alb classes, the races you list are midgard races, the classes you list are hibernian (enchanter/Warden).... :P I.e. most likely well intended but better to disregard InEccess his info..., unless I totally misunderstood what he was trying to say.
Play around with this one (numbers in red are the rising stats and important to a necro), rising stats are DEX, QUI, INT, im tempted to say Incconnu is the best choice starting wise with 10 points in DEX, QUI and INT. Necros are disciples...
The best RACE for a Necro is the Inconnu... high dex and high int (two of it's prime stats). The other races that can be Necro have low dex and int (brit) or low int (saracen).
