The happenings in Tyria before the pvp-free-for-all weekend..

I am a Guild Wars account holder. Do I need to get a key?

Existing Guild Wars players do not need to acquire a key. They will obtain access to the Guild Wars: Factions Global Free-For-All PvP Weekend at the time that it launches. Oh, and players may want to pay close attention to the game world in the days preceding the event; things are changing in many interesting ways.

So,what exactly should we be paying close attention to in Tyria? Have any of you noticed any changes in the environment,NPC behavior? Has anything changed in Tyria,is what I'm asking because I'm still stuck in what's left of Ascalon.

ill be honest dude.. iv looked and looked and havnt seen one change so far :S

New NPCs in Lions Arch, Oasis, Tombs, Comp. arena, and Team arena.  And tombs has better henchmen.  All they do is talk right now, nothing exciting yet.

Pretty much in all the places I'm having trouble getting to. Well I just feel so much happier now.(sarcasm)

dude... it says (if you look carefully) that account holders dont need a key

I did notice when I loaded it up a few minutes ago that the background on the log in and character select screen is now a nice water background. This is different from a couple of days ago.
