It means you don't post solely for the purpose of promoting your own web site. This is known as "spamming". If you want to make it part of your standard signature and post something useful, that is fine. But "come visit my site here" posts will be deleted.

i wasnt intentionally spamming, sorry, i was just trying to kick off the new forums, and suggest another great resource for information straight from the only english fan site.

Your post said "want to visit a real Ryzom forum??? then go to..." - I think this is interpreted as "this forum is bad, go to this one instead" - and is pretty much like spamming to get users to leave our forums for your own.
This is not acceptable in most every board and chat room I have even been a member on. Just make sure you don't do it again
