How is the combat in this game and question on billing

Hey, i am currently considering getting this game as it is faily cheap and i have yet to exprience UO but i was wondering, how is the combat system in say comparison to WoW? Also, is there still a lot of pvp going on in this game?

I also tried to download the trial and when i tried to register the account and give them my debit card details, it messed up. I understand this is a common problem but would this effect my chances of registering a full game account? Like can i phone up and register with my debit card?
