New Vs Established Realms

in World of Warcraft

I'm going to be starting a new PVE character in WOW. Would it be better to start with one of the new PVE realms like khaz modan etc, or a more established realm such as Kilrogg. I'm in the west coast and I am seeing that most of the new servers are CST. There are already a ton of level 60's on these new realms as they allowed high pop servers to freely transfer here before new characters could be created. This seems to counter the "new" feeling of the realms.

What do you guys think?

    I say go to a low pop server, doesn't matter if its new or already established realms.

    Low population server? Aren't they all full now since christmas.

    Most are but there are still some low population
