Not able to connect...

Anyone else having trouble connecting? I have been attempting a connection for the last 3 or 4 hours and haven't got ingame once.
And the GW website isn't loading at all for me either...
(As you can tell from this post...my internet connection is working fine)

Yeah, I can't connect either.
And it's not just GW, LineageII, Tabula Rasa, Auto Assault, the PlayNC website, they're all not working.
I thought I might just be an NCSoft thing, but even Hero's Journey is dead.
The Korean website work though.
Hero's Journey Website is back up, maybe that was just a coincidence.
