In the ultra rare event that 2 out of the remaining 22 people don't confirm their prize we would pick people who we feel deserve it (as stated in the rules). This has never happened, and I doubt you will see it happen with a prize this good Once these people wake up and check their mail the last 2 will fill right up...

Ah, come on Of course you will get the beta. We have good relations with EA, I will be sending them the list tomorrow and once you see the beta open up on their site I imagine you will get an e-mail or CD or something. Plus I will be keeping on top of it (my name is on the same list as you!)

I think someone just wants to give you a hard time is all, you hang in there since you know what your doing and what you can do.
It's nice that you even gave people a chance to win a spot for beta, so you must know something or you wouldn't have done it. Quit bickering with the ADMIN, it was a great contest I think.
I hate how they did the contest. They chose 40 people then only took the first 20 that replied. Makes it difficult for those of us on different time tables (work nights, sleep days).
Sorry, I think we made the rules very, very clear. Some great things in life are tough and require you to lose a little sleep (ie like a midnight opening show for Lord of the Rings).
We do it this way because otherwise it takes FOREVER to get all the winners. In our early contests we would only draw the exact amount and there would always be 20-30% of the prizes unclaimed, then we would draw more names and 20-30% of those would not claim. It would take 2-3 days just to get to the last of the winners.

I agree. quit with the bickering, and be grateful tht this is a FREE UXO beta give away, not "contributions". This is a great way to get people awainted with the "look and feel" of the uxo races, the virtues, environs, barbarian abilities.. I wish I had won!
