counter strike console commands help

i just got counter strike and its a pretty cool game.  When i was playing a lan game, my friend showed me a console command that changed the gravity of the game.  All you did was type sv_gravity and then a number into the console to change the gravity physics of the game.  I was wondering if anyone here knew of any other console commands.  If anyone knows how to change either how much damage you do or how much health you have, please tell me.  I was hoping that there was a command that made you live longer or do less damage so that you died slowly.  It would be fun to try counter strike where you die in like 10 hits instead of 3-4.  If you know of a console command that can do this, please tell me.  Thx!

You only have access to those type of commands if it is your server. Now, for some all around useful commands...

cl_updaterate 101

cl_cmdrate 101

rate 25000

sv_maxupdaterate 101

cl_interp .01
