You can check thottbot and it shows you a detailed list of recipes each can do. Elemental I know is more rogue related, which leaves dragonscale and tribal. I think tribal is the druid type....but you cna check for yourself and see what recipes you get, then decide yourself.

Tribal is usually agreed upon as the best path to take as a druid.  To start this you need to complete all the wildvine leather quests in Feathermoon Stronghold.  After that I believe the trainer is in northern feralas near the twin colossus.  Refer to www.thottbot.com for better instructions on this.

The wildvine quests in Feathermoon Stronghold and the tribal leatherworking trainer in Feralas at the flight point at the edge of the 1000 Needles zone (not at the Twin Collosals) are for Alliance only.

For the Horde, the wildvine questgiver is in Camp Mojache, and the tribal leatherworking trainer is in Stranglethorn Vale near Grom'Gol.

You have to complete the wildvine leatherworking quests in order to choose tribal leatherworking. However, completing them does not obligate you to tribal. You can do the wildvine quests and then go dragonscale or elemental if you want.
