problems with downloading dnd on-line

I have problems with downloading dnd on-line 
I waited in queue, i started downloading and in some hours or minutes a downloading stopped.
I tried to download 6 or more time but there was same situation. 
Do any1 know any program for downloading things which stop downloading with disconnecting from server and continue downloading later ?? I thing that this stopping downloading is made by disconnecting maybe for 1 sec but always disconnecting from the server, isnt it ?? plz, i need help !!!

I have problems with the 'IGN Download Manager', it's necessary for download the DDO beta client?
No, you can download even without using hte manager. I did it when my javascript wasn't working so I had to downloading it the old way; But you won't be able to resume your old files. You'll just have to delete them and start over.
