Turbine has just assumed the title of "Worst MMO Company Ever"
Long story short - after watching my wife run around in beta with her pre-order account, I went ahead and picked up mine - installed it, clicked to play and the launcher crashed with some wierd software bug. Reinstalled, yadda yadda - the messae kept saying "send this info to Turbine" - So I did..
Its now DAYS later - no response from turbine, my 10 day beta pass is almost half over and I haven't even patched yet - I spent 2 hours on hold with thier tech support yesterday (at my expense, they dont have 800#) only to have no one even answer the line before I had to leave for work.
Folks, do yourself a favor - avoid this one like the plague. Guess I'll turn my sight to Vanguard.
