EvE online trial plz help me !!!!!!

in EVE Online

my and my friend have downloaded EVE online for the trial version and installed it and made a account to play it but when i click to play it says i have the wrong patch i have tryed to install the lastest patch but it keeps failing to patch can someone help me ?::::31::

    Sure can.  I have a sneaking suspicion that you've tried to connect to the "Singularity" server, which is actually the test server and running a different version.  Select "Tranquility", instead, and you should be fine. :)
