WoW CM's getting out of control and rude?

Hi,

Im here to voice my opinion that the WoW CM's are out of control with deleting threads and being rude with some comments. They are also banning people for 3hrs to several days for really no reason.

I'll give you an example of what finally pushed me too far! I asked if Ordinn could please give us an update on the situation which he posted about new realms and a Data Center because it had been a long time sense we last heard from him? ---Well that post got deleted ASAP! Then I posted asking for the abuse to please stop! I asked them to read what I posted and explain to me how this was a problem? I thought that the new CM's were out of control. --- I recieved a 1 day suspension for Spamming and Trolling after this. I have seen many, many others complaining about this also and was wonder how do the rest of you feel about this?

Did you check if there where like 30 other threads about the same subject when you posted? And trolling afterwards your post is deleted makes you deserve a ban.

Have you ever tried to use the search fuction on those forums? Im sorry but I havent seen anyone post what I asked! They are getting really cocky and will pay the price as SWG is paying now someday if there attitude doesnt change fast towards there paying customers. They can lose alot of customers also by word of mouth, not just get them.

Yes the search function isn't good. But usually there are 10 threads about the same subject on the first page. It's not that hard to browse the forums.

And I don't think they will loose people because a trolls think they are threated bad.

LOL, no mater what they do now...........they will never crash and burn like swg. People saw that from the start.........was more than just customer service.

wow, why don't they start banning trolls on the realm forums? or do those forums not count? i hate the wow forums so freaking much.....i only go there to get information i need such as talent builds or things like that.
