Warriors are not second in terms of damage dealing to Elementalists. Barrage and poison/trapping Rangers are, followed by minion Necros (until Necros get enough minions, at which point they out-damage everything else in the game.)

In fact, Warriors come pretty low on the list of damage output, depending on their secondary, W/Mo followed by W/Me being the least offensive-oriented combos in the game.

Rangers have more damage on their weapons, casters have more inherent energy to use high-damage attack skills, which leaves Warriors at the bottom of the list in terms of damage output. I tried to play a W/E once, and gave up on him at level 16. Energy to use E skills too high. Inherent energy for Warriors too low.

Warriors excell at absorbing punishment for the team. They are the few, the proud, the "meat shields."

Blue I suspect you are an ex WoW or SWG player, I am not about to make any derogatory statements about either of these games, I lie, may the Game developers of SWG never find employment once they finally put that abortion out of its misery, anyways now I got that out of my system, I admit the eight only thing is a little weird at first but, it kind of makes it fair when you hit PvP, and as most classes support other classes in one way or another, you really only need a buff a de buff and a few attacks, as its all in the order these de-buffs and attacks are stacked and most importantly the timing that these attacks are applied, great game, and very fair PvP system, much better since the cost of re-distribution of attributes cost 0, now you can rebuild before every instance, let me just reiterate that point you can stop at any point and change your character build at anytime between instances, HOW COOL IS THAT, but I can say a W/Mo in Guildwars is like the Hunter in WoW they tend to be played by the same type of people, they always tend to be the selfish, self centred type of players, the ones that that aggro loads of mobs due to nub play then say after the whole group got wiped “I lasted the longest so it cannot be not my fault”, not “Oops soz, got carrried away”, for anyone who does not understand this last statement, play quake or Unreal tournament these team/support games are beyond your comprehension.

And I am really really looking forward to the 28th so I can pre-order my two new GuildWars chapters (for the wife and I)

One more thing, for those who dont think a warrior can damage, see what I call a Tiger Axe Warrior, the W/R build based on Tigers fury, that my friends deals silly damage, but nearly all characters primaries in the game can when mixed with there perfect secondary, but most of these classes die like bitches coz they need to be kitted in all superiors to work, therefore you need an awesome Monk to keep you going, and awesome monk are few and far between.

dude, u have to be patient with your spells.  As u gain experience u your spells and healing prayers will increasy by a ton!  To a point where u wont even have to use your horrible weapon that u have equipped.  Fire magic is usualy the best spells to cast. more damage, little mana.

    go for it.

But a wamo, u should focus more on your strength and what ever style of weaponry you are using.  since u really only have 20 mana, u should keep your monk spells clean and to the point.  Mending and maybe orison of healing would be good
