I just got the epic pac today and installed it, but I cant figure out how to update it to my account? Every time I log in my previous trial account its keeps sayin account suspended pending billing, it says I get 30 days and I have a cd key to enter but dont know where to enter it? Any help I appreciate ty.

Did you stop billing on the trial? Or maybe it is that it is past the 14 days and Mythic is trying to bill you but it has not gone through yet?

Anyway if you run the Epic edition and then log in to your old account you can go to edit billing and put in new CC info and it will let you play. If you get the 30 days free I am unsure of at this point since I do not know the status of your old account. I know that if you were to start a new account then you will get the 30 days.

You have to go into your account page in the launcher.  Then add the epic addition as an expansion.  Put the epic CD Key in when prompted for the expansion.

Ty for the help but I gotta call Mythic tomorow and straighten it out, I could make a new account but I already made 5 toons and they all level 15+ and I used some of my fav names. If my credit card wasnt maxed lol (( I could update subscription and get to account info but since my 14 day trial is up the only option given was renewal by CC or instacash and not new cd key((. I hope tomorow it gets worked out but I am optomistic and ty again for directin me to customer service.
