U got a new fanboi! lol, I called their customer service with a billing issue and this hot sounding call lady resolved it in 5 minutes! She activated my account allowing me to enter my new expansion cd-key with no questions or fuss. Long ago over a year ago SOE double billed my credit card for the JTL expansion and it took my alot of stress to resolve that matter and I must say from dealing with Mythic just one time they at least give a damn about their game and that will keep it real.

The expansion is awsome to btw, better looks and lots to do ! I do not miss pre-NGE SWG nearly as much . Daoc is not perfect but has alot of features I realy dig so I hope I get into this as much as I was into SWG.

    Their out of game CSRs are the best. Hell, I never even had a reason to call them until Catacombs came out and there is a bug with the activation of it. They already knew and activated it for me over the phone.

    I didnt get her name but in a matter of minutes my problem was solved and I greatly appreciate how fast the matter was taken care of, she did sound young and I assume she was pretty so I kinda wish I did get her name lol. I usualy dred having to call any buisness about any problem because I always expect to get as little help as possible so I have to salute ur CS staff. I usualy post the bad or annoying things that happen but so far Daoc hasnt caused me problems so I thought I would post the good stuff in hopes others follow your example. 

    I know Mythic is not perfect and I am bound to find something in Daoc that I do not like but the fact they take pride in their game will probably keep people playing for years. I am used to posting negetive stuff so its glad to see something good for a change) .

    You probably got the girl named Cory (spelling?). She is sweet and very helpful. Sometimes I just call to hear her voice. Shhhh don't tell my wife. LOL. I'm kidding!
