Where do i get spells??

in Istaria: Chronicles of the Gifted
im a lvl3 mage working hard to get my chaos warrior now i havent seen a place to buy spells or anything so can someone plz inform me on where to get spells, armor, weapons, etc...

    Go to New Trissmuss and check the consigner. He should have at least 30-40 spells. The consigner is right next to the pawnbroker. BTW, you should be able to become a chaos warrior by level 20.
