Vote for best MMORPG Publishers

Here is the list of best MMORPG publishers.....

----- Numero UNO -------

NCSoft: Publishing City Of Heros, Guild War, Lineage 2

Simply Amazing Company with capital C (just in case I've misled you C does not stand for Crap). They are currently dominating force in the emerging industry. Not only do they have largest fan base and number of subscribers playing their game, some of most legendary developers in PC industries, such as Richard Gariott (creator of Ultima Series), Original architect of Battle.net and Blizzard's Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo franchise namely, Patrick Wyatt, Mike O'Brien and Jeff Strain are independantly working on various ambitious project. They even have dedicated prime time TV show for its game. I mean who the hell do this?

Man I just wished I work for this company, the hell with my stand still thesis. Just sad that I'm not born with talents that these guys are looking for. How the hell the company came to publish these titles all of them top-notch, very distinct in its own way, all at the same time?

------ Numero Dos --------

Webzen: Developer and publisher of MU Online.

Folks. I don't know in which part of this big chunk of Rock I've been all this time, but I've honestly gotta ask you.... have you ever heard of this game? I mean how the hell a game that I've only heard a month ago have 30 millions subscribers in the world? I've always suspected that Chinese make up one fifteenth of Earth mass or whatever and whenever there are major hurricanes in US, it somehow has something do with the way that chinese breath.... but gosh I didn't see this coming.

This number sounds unreal, I absolutely have no idea what to make of this. Any game that reaches this threshold number gotta require someone's serious brain work to count them, I mean what the hell was going on while I was off guard? Even before everyone has chance to talk about how this game plays like and make an assessment, it came with a closure and number stamp. An effect without a cause which defy the laws of Physics.

------ Numero Trez -------

Blizzard: WoW otherwise known as World of Warmongolings Sons of Bi*chs.

I'm gonna skip this section. I'm kind of tired typing. We are talking about Blizzard after all. If you haven't heard of Blizzard go f**Ck yourself.

------ Numero Quattro ----

EA: F**cking EA. But can't blame them. They gotta make money. Publishing MEO, Matrix Online, Sim Online: Thou art horny, UO X: where art thou Lord British?

Gotta try Matrix Online. Lets just hope that no one ends up hating the original movie.

Surely it's NCsoft, u left out the first Lineage from games they published by the way :)   As for Blizzard they haven't acctually released any mmorpg's (yet) so don't know how they even appear anywhere in this thread.

    You know what?

Actually I'm starting to get convinced that NCSoft guys are pushing more City Of Heros for NA audience than Lineage 2.

If you're talking about NCSoft, yes, they are a pretty good company spawned from a downfall in the South Korean economy.

But if you're talking about NC Austin, the NA branch of NCSoft, they are the worst company I've ever had the pain to do business with. They never listen to our ideas, because they have no dev team. They're, in affect, NCSoft's bitch. They simply do what they tell them. And the CEO, Richard Garriot, is Satan, along with Bob Saget. Yes, that's right, Danny Tanner from Full House.

You are probably right about City of Heros. NC Austin knows that Lineage isn't an American-styled mmorpg (They've made this clear MANY times by actually stating it on the website and in house of commons chats on IRC.), and would probably put more effort in getting CoH published than Lin2.
