    ah ok 2 more questions, 1. how much is the monthly fee and 2. is it true that they will be adding more quests and rasing the lvl cap every few months? thanks once again in advanced! ::::19::

    $14.99 for the monthly fee, with of course - the first month being free with purchase.  Yes, they will be adding new quests, content, and raising the level cap over time.  I've even heard the possibility of them adding classes (or prestige classes), as well as new races over time as well.  As for the system specs, I'm not entirely sure - though if you can run WoW well, you shouldn't have any issues with your hardware on this one.  You can check their main site www.ddo.com to see if they've posted any updates on the minimall requirements there, or you can check on the box when it hits the shelf.

    If every few months is true, I haven't seen any posts from Turbine confirming it.  Only thing I've read is they plan to raise the cap in expansions.  I could be wrong.

    If you really want to play you need some kind of solid state drive like RAM or flash. Otherwise I hope you don't mind massive lag attacks everytime a new person pops up on the screen.

    My system is as follows.

    AMD 64 3000
    1 Gig Ram
    Nvidia 6600GT 128meg
    K8N Mobo

    In the instances I can run with textures at Very High and all the options on the best or next to best setting.
    At that I get between 35 and 50 FPS and it looks and plays very nice indeed ::::02::

    When I go into the town or the taverns all I do is drop the texture setting to Very Low. It looks crap but at least I can move around with only a little lag.

    Hope this helps. ::::20::

    Considering today dev of computer games you will find your self in a technical loop if you wanna paly the new games with decent details. When I was invited to the beta it said that you should have a configuration no less than 3GHz and min 128MB graphics card of course manufactured with the newest technology e.g. 7800GT og GTX. Shame because it can wear out your wallet in no time if you wanna be a part of the newest and hottest games image
