Is there much point in going on a pvp server when u can do just the same in a pvm, but instead of the other alliance going were it like it can only go to certain points in the game, e.g. low lvl areas such as sentinel hill. Because that way you don't have to keep on the edge of your seat watching to see if you are on anyones killing list. But the good thing about pvm is the fact that high levels, can meet at the special low level areas to meet up with the other alliance instead of meeting up anywhere on the map.

I didn't understand a thing of what you just said, lets start with this, what is "pvm"?
PVP servers are pointless i tell you, you can do exactly what you do on a PVP server in a PVE server, just /pvp and tada, PVP mode.
there's also no point in /pvp in a PVE server, god bless blizzard for a +1 stupidity.
That OP is a very poor example of english.
WoW PvP is pointless on any server.... At max level, you need raid gear to be competitive. What's more, the Honor system is a merciless grind that rewards only unemployed shut-ins who sleep 30 minutes a day. And regardless of who wins a battle, there is no effect on the game world.
In spite of what Blizzard likes to claim, WoW is not a game for PvP-focused players. Now shut up and go raid Molten Core again.
I dunno, I only ganked one dude in my tenure as a WoW player. I think it would have been much more fun to be able to start attacking people in general on a PvP server.
