EVE is 15 Euros a month, not sure if thats the same for America, but it is for me (living in the UK).

WOW is $15 a month.

Eve is roughly £10.24p a month, about £2 more expensive than other MMORPG's monthly fees, but that's because of the Eve's unique server structure, you play on a single server called Tranquility, which averages at around 23,000 logged on players. Your typical MMORPG like World of Warcraft or Dark Age of Camelot can technically hold 3500 logged on players per server. So any MMO which uses a single server game structure are naturally more costly to maintain. And also, CCP don't charge you anything for their expansion packs, as it's also included with the monthly fee. Not a bad deal all round.

There are still some out there that pay that. But most of the AAA games have gone to the 15 a month plan because people pay it, and I hope its not just to increase profits but to increase making the game actually better too. Which is nice about EVE since the expansions are free whereas other games you have to put out more money for those expanisions.
