Customer Support

I've played DAOC over a year ago, and i've been trying to reactivate my account, but i don't remember my password and the email on my file with Mythic is outdated, so i can't be sent my password that way.

I tried emailing Customer Support several times but i never received an answer. The first time i mailed them was 3 months ago, and i tried again a few times since then.

I was simply wondering if CS is known for never answering their emails? Or perhaps i'm not receiving any answers because it's impossible to recover my account? Anyone ever had an issue like this.

    If you're emailing from an email account that doesn't match the one on the account info then they may very well be ignoring it as a scam attempt. As silly as it may be there are many people out there who believe for some odd reason that just because they email in saying they own XXXXXXXXXX account and forgot the password, could we please email it to them, that we'll just jump right on that for em.

    Your best bet would be to call. They're going to ask for your Secret Word though, so I hope you remember that. Or at least picked a reminder question you're likely to know the answer to. :)

    If your email doesn't match the one on file they'll ignore you. Plain and simple. Typically that's a policy with anyone inquiring about an account.

    Their 800 number is listed on the website. Use it.
