Looking for a new MMORPG

Hiya all
Been looking around the new MMORPG, but they all seem clones of EQ.
I'm looking for a skill based system, because i like to be able to play what i want and not what people say. Also good graphics and a wide range of character customization.
What I would really like is a a game with Asheron's call skill set, City of Hero's character customization & World of Warcrafts graphics. Plus good game content and not these general kill 20 of these to complete a mission. Is there any hope for me, or have the developers just got to lazy to bother creating a game which will take effort. Oh and also that you need to use your brain to actual get anywhere and its not just a grind to get levels.
