Ultima is Great . . . even with EA.

Everybody is on EA for making changes to UO. I too delt with those changes, but I think the changes were for the best.
For example, having a designated area for PVP is a great idea, I remember when anyone in UO could pounce on you at any time. It made me loose interest in the game, when I could not leave the town for fear of being killed by someone with 100 in swordmanship.
I had a archer that took me two years to build, and still never maxed him out. now I have a miner that took about 6 months to max. This is a good thing.
The gifts are a nice touch, with manny Rares and lots of weapons to chose from. The armor type is diverseified so that n two characters are the same.
UO is the best MMO ever made, and continues to be the best (graphics notwithstanding).
