Retrieving Accounts: Possible?!

Okay, well I 'closed' My account for DAoC after 14-day free trial ("I'm a Cheap Bastard, Me!") because I didn't have the money at the time, and now I wish to come back. I cancelled it just by going to the 'cancel account' option in the DAoC startup window. I just want to know if retrieving it is possible. Thanks!

    Yeah, just log into the client like you would normally and you should get a popup or something saying that you have to put your CC info in and pay before you can log in or something along those lines...

    I think mythic has made a statement that over a certain period of time they will erase certain accounts and will not allow players to comback.

    Also notice that if you have had or used any type of hack programs in the past you might have been flaged and banned.

    Actually we state that we reserve the right to delete characters if they've been inactive for so long to free up database space and such but to my knowledge no accounts/characters have ever been deleted to date. This is speaking strictly of cancelled accounts, I can't speak of what they do with banned accounts as I really have no idea. But its really a moot point since if the account was banned you can't reactivate it anyway.

    Erm... they've never ever purged accounts in my recollection. Matter of fact I had cancelled my account over 2 years ago and when I came back everything is still there. Including some characters I'd completely forgotten about on some of the smaller servers LOL! Gave me fits when I tried to create new toons on some of the clusters till I realized what was going on.

    As to if he'd been banned? If you were banned then you can't come back on the same account, you'd have to create a new one so it's kind of a moot point isn't it? :)

    Kunou is 100% correct (which figures, after all he works at Mythic) :)
