 I put down one month on my billing subscription. But what i didn't know is once it's over they just keep billing you. So once i cancelled my account i was already billed for another month, yet i can't play because now i have no account! I want my money back!

They can't keep billing you if you cancel your account.  if you choose 1 month and you go over 1 month, youll still have an active acct and they will bill you every month.  if you choose 2 or more months they take the money all in one transaction, so if you cancel after one month you cant get your money back ... you should contact thier tech support or something, because if you CANCEL your account , they cannot keep billing you.

Every MMOG I know of charges in advance. So when you pay for a month, you should have the entire month to play, regardless of your account status (minus, of course, suspensions).

So if you paid for this month, you should have access to the char this month.

Well first off, when you put down one month, that means you will pay every month, for that fee. If you put six, you pay every six months for that fee.

And as for not being able to play, most companies allow you to play till the last month you payed for is up...so they should let you

 Yeah, i got over that it was my fault for not realizing that it keeps going, but even if i am paying for my own month i should at least be able to play it, as you said.
