I had secifications as to what game to play and I was told to try DAOC. My mom is very stingy with her credit card and even if I give her money she wont put in the number. I want to play this game because it looks great.

Is there any free games like DAOC? I know yhis is a lot to ask for but that game looks so good. I'm tired of the boring games where the whole point of the game is grinding and mindless quests. I liked DAOC because you could build a house in the castle keep and fight other astles only to become king of one yourself eventually.

Now this is what I want and I know it is a lot to ask for, but I'm desperate. I've played so many games only to get bored after one month.Any help I can get will be appreciated.

If your mother is really so worried why don't you have her look at the Better Business Bureau's website and look up Mythic Entertainment. Mythic is the company that makes DAoC and I've never heard of funny stuff with their billing department before but that would be the place to look.

You could always have your mom help you sign up for those gift/debit cards. They can be reloaded and they don't cost a fee. And i'm pretty sure now a days they use the VISA or Mastercard logos so they should be an acceptable form of payment with any MMO. But first i'd contact Mythic tech support and make sure they can use this sort of payment method. I'd then do a google search for rechargeable or reloadable debit cards. In this way, your mom doesn't have to use her credit card and be worried. Believe me, back in the day with Everquest 1, my mom was the same way...
