Horizons NPC and Zone Loading Update

Some of you out there may have heard concerns about NPC loads (sometimes confused as video lag) and zone loading times. I'm happy to say that these issues are now essentially moot. As of the patch on Tuesday the NPC load issue is completely gone, and loading time upon recall is down to about 5-10 seconds.
There are still problems with the game, some minor and some serious, but these two issues were a bit of a pain...especially the NPC loading. Since this got a bit of press, I thought those of you standing on the outside wondering about the game might like to know that.
