grr aargh! suggestions??

Hi all, loaded up the game yesterday, patches, free add ons etc... put in my key, created account, all was well. Then i went to log on, was asked for name-password and they weren't recognised. So assuming i mispelled my sign on i mailed support and am waiting. There has been no mails in my email account to confirm anything, and as im at work as yet, no reply from the company. Is there a period before you log on?? I assume i chimped it and made some mistake or another. Help...if you have it. image

    Ouch, this is going to suck. What you can do is there is a little arrow by your login name. Click that and see if it saved you character creation info.

    If not, then click the part that says create account and create a new account. Of course you will still need to deal with the billing issues of the old account.

    BTW, if at all possible please just call Mythic. I know in the internet age email does a lot, but I have found with dealing with games, it is just better to call and they can resolve the problem far quicker than waiting for someone to read the email and then email you back. They might need info from you that that cannot ask for in an email (such as a secret word or CC info).
