Here's my rant.
Did beta trials. Pre-ordered game. Didn't read big red box (I'm a dummy). Needed my key transfered to pre-rder account, 6 days and counting with no response. Doesn't matter how good the game is if they don't take care of their users needs. I cancelled my account, and am going back to Worlds of Warcraft. Oh, and there are already 10th level characters all over the game....hrmmm. Doesn't sound like much replay ability. My guild site is www.mistmore.com . I started one of the first guilds on Mabar, and it looks like my fellow beta testers will either pick up my slack, or come to WoW with me.

Transferred to a preorder account? All that was was entering the pre-order key into the turnibe billing account. Then that shuts off once the preorder was done then retail key was needed.
I'll agree with you on the customer service, I sen't an email a while back asking for help on something and never heard back. Must be a new group of people that aren't quite sure what they are doing. Oh well, I like the game enough to look past it.

I found the in-game suppor to be quite excellent.
After I took the Improved Feint feat and found out it was not working the GM spent 2 hours with (and I got a response within 5 minutes of sending the request) me checking things out and talking over with the "higher-ups" to help me assess the problem.
... Unfortunatly the crappy coding shone through since
a. Improved Feint does not work
b. It is not possible to change a feat once taken ( at least no easy way other than resetting the whole server or something)
I did not try email support but from my experience email support anywhere takes 2+ days.
