Newbie in need of some Info - Help out please.

Hey Gang,
Been outta the MMORPG thing for about a year now (played AC, DAOC, EQ etc) some friends of mine say that FFXI is pretty cool. Anyone got some URL's for gameplay info - not looking for character sheets - but just general profession information etc. Also what servers seem to have the best action etc. Any general newbie tips to get me in the swing would be much appreciated. Thanks.

http://ffo.warcry.com/ i find has some good info. For servers, their all pretty good, i suggest playing on your friends server. For newbie tips, first just go out of town and kill some stuff. Once you reach around level 6 or so.. Work on your first mission. If you dont understand the missions, that site i posted up tells you how to do them.
