Servers Down Now?

Went to go check in on SB after a long time away, and it appears all the servers have been down for some time? How long, I don't know.

What gives?

There are only five servers being used atm. Mourning, Redemption, Wrath, Vindication and the Test server, of these there are migrations going on, on the Mouring, Redemption and Wrath servers which brings these servers down for specific announced times. The last migration day was on March 1st. Vindication and the Test servers have been opened through out. The home page for SB, were it shows the sever status has been inative for awhile. Also, a third party billing company is having problems with some SB subscribers accounts.

If your account is still active, try this.

For those of you who had active accounts prior to this issue arising that are now inaccessible, please contact the Shadowbane Customer Care Team via their website at http://sbsupport.ubi.com/ using the following steps:

• Click on "Ask a Question"
  
• Log in with the Shadowbane Account you are having an issue with
  
• For Product, select MMO Games and then Shadowbane
  
• For Category select Billing Support and then Other
  
• For "Your Question is...", type in your situation; please be as detailed as possible.
  
• When complete, click on Submit Question

If you account is no longer active, you can probably do the 15 day free trail again.

PS. Oh Mourning got a population increase from the server migrations and is the most populated server I believe. Vindication is a Lore server, where I play atm. These are the 2 best severs IMO.

Your servers probably don't exist anymore. There should be a migrate button on the screen. Hit that to move your characters to another server

Try again today. They had problems with resubs recently because of the new "free play" system.
