First thing is the bug for some reason im crashing to desk top this only seems to happen in combat and when i try to move or back away from the enemy. I have been able to play this game ok till the last patch and this very annoying bug showed up.
Now the question how the hell do u level fast in craft skills im a level 12 BS and it seems to take forever to level

Not sure about the bug, but for leveling. Craft the item that requires the most skill to make, and deconstruct them. It also helps to have a cargo disk to make more at a time. I went from 19 to 20 in about an hour and a half.
I was creating Fine Cedar Composite Longbows at the time.

Can't speak to the CTD.
Cargo disk and deconstruction are the keys. Also get as much Cargo armor as you can, and the best backpack available. It's all about lugging as many resources as you can to the machines and making as many of the top-level gear as you are able to make, then deconstruct them and do it again.
It's repititious, and tedious. That's what crafting has always been about in MMOGs. Not sure if it has to be that way, but that's the way it always is

Never crashed too Desktop, knock on wood...
Crafting tho, I'm a 29 Weaponsmith, 15 Carpenter, 19 Blacksmith... Basically my advice is craft the item who's required skill is as close as possible to your skill, and also requires the least materials. For example, a Fine Bronze Dirk requires the same skill as say a Fine bronze Long Sword, but the sword requires like 5-10x more materials, yet, strangely enough, gives the exact same XP. So best to make sure you're using the most cost efficient formula.
Very seldom do I deconstruct, I prefer to sell and make cash in the process. Usually I level off Fine Bronze Dirks, not the greatest exp anymore at my level, but I'm not nearly as efficient in Iron as I'd like to be yet, still mining 1-2 per swing when I mine anywhere from 1-44 per swing in C&T, VERY seldom getting below 7 or so. But it cost me 2 ore to make 1 bar, and 11 bars to make opne dirk, I can haul a lil over 600 ore per trip, so 300+ bars, usually 25-27 Dirks per trip, which sell for 39cp each. If I'm well off on money then I will deconstruct, but usually I'm not so I sell. Selling has allowed me to afford every formula that I can make for Weaponsmithing, every weapon and every tool. And also every Level I Technique except Spells, and some Level II and IIIs. I do admit there is more XP to be made by deconstructing and crafting again, bvut to me the benefits of selling outweighs that extra XP.
