Looking for an MMO(RPG)

I've never played an MMORPG, and want to start. And although I would like my perfect game, I'm willing to settle just to get some sort of experience in the genre.

So here's what I'd still like to have:

-Character customization. This is one of my favorite things in an RPG. The more customization the better. I would like something with a lot of customization (appearence mainly: skin, build, face, hair, gender, etc.) from the get go, and even more (in terms of clothing/equipment and skills) later on.

-Skill based system. I like the idea of skill-based systems, so I would prefer this to level-based in a game.

-Fantasy. This isn't as important, but I like this setting.

-Crafting/building. Equipment, housing, etc. I would like a natural economy with non-spawning resources but I'll settle for housing and crafting.

-No pre-set/made quests. I doubt I there are any with out premade quests, but if there are I'd love to know.

So if anybody knows of any game(s) that would meet my wants, please let me know.
