Yes I made a new accouunt with a new email address, redownloaded the client software, did a fresh install, and this "FREE TRIAL" isnt free. Only the tutorial was free ... once I wanted to enter the actual game it kicked me out to a page to subscribe.
So much for checking how the game is going ..... I absolutely refuse to pay unless I know there has been significant improvements.
oh lol...yeah the free trial is only for the tutorial station (and it does say that) The only trial that will let you go all over the game is if you cancelled before the 15 Nov 2005. To activate that you just log into launchpad with your old details as normal.

I have to agree, Obraik has proven himself worthy of his opinions. Besides, after reading all his posts, I think you guys peg him wrong. I think he knows the game needs a lot of work too, he is just of the opinion that it's more effective to support the game to get improvements then bash it every chance we get. I may not agree, but I respect that that's his stance. For all we know he may be right. Pre-cu isn't coming back. It's about time we all accept that. The best we can hope for is a publish that adds a bunch of the features we loved back in. Yeah, it sucks, but that's it. Live with it. I feel cheated by SOE too, but we already made the only action that means anything to SOE, we quit. If that didn't change their minds, nothing will. No amount of bitching or moaning is bringing our game back. Besides that the best we can do is write VERY constructive ideas for them. The minute we start in with the "NGE SUCKS" "SOE IS GAY", our credability is gone. Yeah, we feel sold out and left behind, unfortunatley, welcome to Capitalism.
