Greetings.
I had 2 questions about the game.
1) Clerics. ok, they do not get any domain spells or special abilities and that has been absorbed a long time ago, but they should worship a deity. Sadly, the game didn't offer me any delucidation on what deities are present in the Eberron settings, maybe the manual talks about it (i played in beta)?
This is a RPG-only related fact, but still as a cleric i should have a deity to worship, at least to have my farewell words with something like "May XXXXX bless you"
2) Exotic (and not so exotic weapons). Where are exotic weapons?? I find it bad that a fighter (at LEAST a fighter) do not start the game with weapons he has focus and proficiency in. Temple of Elemental Evil does this, why not DDO?
This is specially disturbing for exotic weapons, as they are not available in the newbie island NOR in the first weapon shop you find. It actually makes me wonder where you can find them, is there a shop somewhere else in the city that sell such weapons? Don't you find it a bit bad that you just spent your Feats on something you can't use until you access certain parts of the city (if they are available there)?
I suppose, it could be said that as they are "exotic" weapons, they are harder to find, and i suppose that is true but for one option: Bastard sword. the bastard sword is not a exotic weapon per se. It is just classfied as "exotic" when used one-handed but is a martial (and so available to all fighters, rangers and what not) weapon when used 2-handed. Additionally, there isn't much exotic about a bastard sword, now is there? so why not have normal weapon shops sell them?
Thanks
