Deception of the Jedi

You have maybe heard about the ingame movie, or to use the real therm, machinima called "Deception of the Jedi". It is described by the director, Decro Neektoo, as "Deception of the Jedi basically tells the story of the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy as Imperial-censored history might document it with a little bit of artistic license. It’s Star Wars with an Imperial slant, like a propaganda movie almost. On a fundamental level the Jedi are evil and manipulating, the Sith brave and courageous with Palpatine being reluctantly forced into power instead of seizing it. The rest of the film pretty much spins off from those main three threads this time."

This movie includes some quite complex scenes, with lot of extras and action. And we want everything to go as smooth as possible when we are shooting the scenes, and therefore we are searching for two more people to the crew.

The first role is "Battle of Geonosis supervisor/second unit director"
We are starting the shootings of Battle of Geonosis on monday, and that includes many people on the set at the same time, and much action. The BoG supervisor will help the director with testing and planning things, and other preparations. He (or she) will also help directing the second unit during the shootings.

The second role is "Assistant Producer"
The producer team consist of two people at the moment, but we would like to have a third person to help us. As an assistant producer, you would help with co-ordination of actors, extras and other things which are needed for the shootings.

Good luck with your project. I imagine it will be quite challenging, given the NGE's resistance to proper communication, it's sub-par choreography and the entire hellish ui thing. I'll look forward to seeing your finished work.

One little thing though, speaking as one Imperial Loyalist to another... Ixnay on the Ithsay. They're the Emperor's dirty little secret. Glorifying the Sith in an Imperial Propaganda film is kinda like Rumsfeld making a positive spin expose on what really went down at Abu Grab-ass Prison -- it's just not the party line, ya know.
