City of Heroes: First City of Heros Beta Update

On December 23rd, 2003, Cryptic Studios released their first beta update for the upcoming MMORPG: City of Heroes. Beta testers were given 16 hours to beta test this new game and were given two primary objectives:
- Test the character creation engine and the tutorial section as many times as possible.
- Advance a created character as far as possible.
Based upon the feedback of testers, Cryptic Studios is making adjustments to the game accordingly. So far it looks like the beta is going smoothly, more beta testers are expected to be accepted early January. In the meantime the rest of us can only wonder what the finished version of City of Heroes will become.
