No. When I got my car I wanted to go w/ a Blue/Black Theme on it and I wanted stuff like Blue Underbody Kit and Blue Fog Lights. (not cop flasher blue)
I asked a cop who was in my Nat. Guard Unit and he told me that nothing resembling Emergency Vehicle Lights could be used.

Bright Yellow
Orange (other than blinker)
pretty much that wasn't a standard light color.

I think it is a very innovative idea but....what a waste of money.
i have always wondered what the fascination is with import tuning....
i mean i have a 1994 celica GTS with a 3.2 liter miniaturized V6, but thats because i got the parts at a 30% discount, and i have a nice dual flowmaster exhaust system, high end transmission.
but my situation is special i got these parts at 30% discount from wholesale, then installed them myself with my buddies.
but a lot of these kids spend 10,000 or more dollars customizing their imports, having mechanics install cold air intakes, flowmaster exhausts, turbo chargers, carbon fiber hoods, body kits, after market air intakes, and most stupidly Hydralics.......
where as for that money if your a ford fan you coult buy a mustang, a chevy guy a camaro, a GM guy(different from chevy guys, but GM guys can like chevies, where as true "chevy fans" dont like all GM cars,a nd if your a pontiac/GM guy youll get a GTO, or a chrysler guy a charger"
all high end producing the same horsepower or better, and are much more mechanically reliable cars, that if you then put after market modifications could be ungodly.
but no these kids spend the same amount of money on terrible terrible cars, that any real old school, or even some new school muscle cars(GTO's and new High end mustangs, and also the good chargers), can beat the living hell out of.....
i think it is like poetry, a thing of expression, showing Im a dumbass, with a lot of money, and a lot of time, who is bored.......

Its a hobby, I would do the same if I had a intrest in cars.
