There was a server voted on by roelplayers in the RF Online official forums before launch. It is Water. I haven't played a character there, so I don't know how much RP goes on there, I haven't heard of much. If it picked up, I would probably play there, but RFO is fun for me even without RP. I can imagine it would be better with RP, though.
