in Final Fantasy XI
I and just wondering. Is is this game doing. everyone i ever talk to about it makes fun of it. i never played it myself so i cant say anyhting but i didnt think it looked bad and it also looked like it had some good content. Anways to my point How do you think this game will do. is it also doing good atm

    I like this game alot
    its very time consuming but addictive.
    Lots of missions.. side quests.. ect..
    This game does get burned alot by people for some reasona and really i dont know why.
    And the game that is going to be on the 360 is the same game that is already out on the pic.. Same servers and every thing just a new platform

    I think ppl like to trashtalk FFXI for several reasons, these are some of the most common:

    1. Group dependant. You often need the help of other players both for doing quests, missions and just lvling up. So people who like to solo say FFXI is crap because of this. I dont agree, this is one of the strong points of FFXI. Interdependence creates bonds between players and strenghtens the community. And its a bigger challenge to work in a group. Yes, sometimes it could be frustrating; but when you get in a good party and everyone knows what to do its just beatiful...like a well trained orchestra or something...sweet mjuzikk :

    2. Time consuming. Yes, FFXI demands alot of time if you wanna get somewhere in the game. Perhaps mostly because its group based (see 1). So if you dont really have much time to spend on gaming, FFXI might not be the game for you. But if you have, its a rewarding game which actually leaves you with a sense of achievement.

    3. Old.  FFXI has been around for a couple of years so the graphics arent top notch. Personally I like the graphics, it got a great "style" and the characters look better than in most other mmo:s Ive played. Just don't expect it to be as good as the other 360 games graphic-wise. And even though its been around for 3+ years I still like the combat system...not your average hack-n-slash, you gotta develop some strategies to do well.

    I think I'll quit my rambling now, just give it a try and see for yourself...only you know if will like the game or not. I just know I like it...alot!

    Yes the game is a few years old but the graphics are still better than all the other mmorpg's that ive played.. but yes it cant compete to the 360 games

    Sorry, I missread what you typed there Turtleneck, at first I thought you wrote that it CAN compete with other 360 games  what can I say...post deleted.
