Vandal- A PvP guild

Vandal IS the most noobie guild ever. I have to hand it to them, they try to be nice, and they do whatever they can to keep thier players, but between having a miserable reputation with Sigil for NDA breaking and having no clue what they are doing, Vandal is altogether a bad choice for a guild.

    I wouldnt suggest Vandal to my worst enemy, thats just cruel and unusual punishment
