Wow! maybe this is not new news to some,but it is to me!
Anyhting slightly negative about SoE and NGE gets banned,banned
in game, or sent a private/tell or email about banning there account!
This is outright and outstandingly ,not-acceptable!
any insight on this?

Actually ! the reason was very minor compared to what 75% of
the regular negative posts on the forums are. No cursing or
anything childish,just plain negativity.
Garva sent a very sarcastic private email to the account and
threatened to ban on the forums and the in game account!
But seriously the threads were not anything different from what
everyone else is doing!

You received a tell in game or a PM on the forums for telling your opinion og the NGE?
As for Garva sending sarcastic PM's to the paying customers.... unprofessional.

We had a post going on my server once about pie. It was stupid but people didnt seem to mind. And he was laughing and joining in like everything was cool. Next day someone made a comment about pie in another thread and he went absolutely spare. Threatening bans and such.

Right. The best thing would be to stop paying them, that will let t hem know that players are disgusted and no longer support the game. If enough players to this, SWG will go under once and for all.
At this point, I don't think it really matters. SOE and the rest of the mmorpg community know the mistake that was made. I think everyone has learned never to pull what SOE pulled with SWG. If that lesson was truely learned and players won't get cheated the way they did with SWG, then I am happy.
Nothing new, they've (mods) have been sending PM/email warnings since the game started. Would you rather they dress you down in public?

Im sorry but no amount of polish will change that game its still just a turd. I think of myself as a Star Wars fan as well having grown up in awe of the movies back then but what gets me are those that are what are considered "diehard" I suppose and are still playing this POS.
I have a friend that started this game back in beta well before I came into the game and he is still playing. He has never once quit with any of their changes. A glutton for punishment I suppose but those are the ppl that remain and continue to support SOE/SWG/LA by giving them their hard earned money for broken promises and overall to be treated like crap. I cant and wont do it. I do miss the game but what it has become is not any fun at all. I think Pong is a better game then what they have become.

I cant wait for patch 31 "StarwarsPong". It would be the healthiest the game has been for a while but I bet it would still lag.
Back to the forums, yep they suck, all pro-NGE posts kep rolling while anything that criticises gameplay gets trashed despite being a gameplay issue.
Plus all those do-gooders who post on every thread about how NGE is so much better than pre-NGE. How they manage to find time to play the game is beyond me considering they're always on the forums. I really think they need a slap.

No, I'm a paying guest. Huge difference there. So according to your logic, I as a paying customer, should be humble and greatful for SOE letting me use their forums.....which I pay for by the way. So you see, in a way "we" the customers "own" the forums and should be able to have a certain degree of freedom of speech. The fact that we are guests, as you call it, we're even paying guests and you think it's ok for SOE to treat us that way. Now, for me shuting up about freedom of speech....? I don't think so. I will post whatever my opinions about the subject might be, champ.
